We serve the housing needs of the informal sector people with sensitivity and empathy by providing a holistic and 360-degree approach to cater to EWS and LIG segment by providing safe, adequate and affordable housing and facilitating hassle free linkages with financial institutions.
Our housing projects addresses the constraints of the demand and supply side of affordable housing e.g. access to home finance for these low-income groups and housing within 10 KMs distance from the City Centre.
As per Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation (MHUPA), the urban housing shortage in the country at the end of the 10th Five-Year Plan (2002-2007) was estimated to be 24.71 million for 66.30 million households.88% of this shortage pertains to houses for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and another 11% for Lower- Income Groups (LIG). For Middle- and High-Income Groups (MIG and HIG), the estimated shortage is only 0.04 million.Housing percentage shortage in EWS is 99.9 % which is double than the estimated number of households. Where as in HIG and MIG it is so less 0.2% only. We are trying to leverage on address this housing shortage in EWS and position ourselves as one of the leading players for this segment.

Raj Kumar Singh
Raj is a Commerce Graduate from Kolkata University having over 30 years of experience in varied fields related to Techno-commercial and Business Development. He has a comprehensive experience of over 13 years in Real Estate and has the knack for executing real estate projects right from conceptualisation to implementation and completion of the same. Raj excels in managing interpersonal relationships and problem solving. He is one of the founders of OM Aashiayana and is fondly known as Raju Da among the stakeholders.
Sanjiv Mahajan
Sanjiv is a graduate from Kolkata University and has over 27 years of experience in real estate. He understands marketing of the real estate industry very minutely and has been associated with the top brands in the country viz. Axis bank, Big Bazaar, Spencers, Bandhan Bank, Titan Watches and other reputed brands in establishing their business units across several states in the country.He has lent his expertise to a variety of Housing Development Opportunity, Risk Management Issues in Real Estate and been a part of Multicultural Real Estate Leadership Advisory Group. He has keen interest in social work and is an active member of Lions Club-Howrah. Sanjiv is one of the Co-founders of OM Aashiayana.
Ajit Yadav
Ajit is an avid social worker fromNawada, Bihar, India.
